Who walks everyone's runways, rule all the campaigns and appear on countless covers? The generational clash, perhaps, is not felt so strongly anywhere else, as in the modeling industry. It serves fashion's chase for youth, being practically reborn with every new season and the most heated battle of recent years took over runways, where the new generation has to defend their supermodel status. We witness young girls turning their social media popularity into an enormously successful modeling career and some wonder do they really deserve the status of a 'supermodel', without jumping though all the hoops on the way to ascend?

Add here Stella Maxwell, who practically became the face of Milan Fashion Week, and you'll get some fracture of understanding, why despite taking a shortcut, the hard work remains for the new generation of supermodels and they don't need to justify their status to anyone.
